We’re looking for an experienced sales & lettings negotiator.
HOURS:
Part Time (3 or 4 days per week)
Job Description / Job Requirements:
Role involves working in a busy environment and encompasses all aspects of residential estate agency (Administration, Lettings and Sales).
SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR:
• Experience in Sales and Lettings is essential
• IAVI or IPAV qualification an advantage
• Must be ambitious, hard working, versatile and adaptable
• Must be very organized with excellent ability to keep good records of all appointments, meetings etc.
• Securing business through your own initiative either through your own contacts, leaflets or other channels
• Be hungry to succeed in a competitive environment
• Be commercially aware
• Own transport essential
• Excellent telephone manner, polite and well spoken
• Full training will be provided for the following:
• Meet with prospective clients and secure the letting or sale
• View residential property and submit a current market value and marketing plan to the client for the proposed letting or sale
• Show prospective tenants and buyers properties
• Property management where applicable
• Property inspections with full written reports
GENERAL:
• Filing
• Typing brochures
• Checking and updating emails
• Updating websites, window, lists etc.
• Diary management
• Other Ad Hoc duties
Renumeration : Basic + Expenses + Commission
